Suggested Fabrics
The Ann Dress can be sewn with a large variety of light or midweigth fabrics. Linen, linen-cotton mix, linen-rayon mix, cotton-linen mix, cotton-rayon mix and viscose-rayon types (susch as lyocell, tencel, cupro and modal) are great choices. Cotton lawn, cotton poplin, cotton eyelet embroidery and cotton double gauze are also suitable but you might need to use a lining. If your fabric is very light, you should consider interfacing the yoke pieces to add more strength to the garment.
